Membership
Membership fees include GST and Tennis NZ & Tennis Canterbury levies. Payment can be made to the club account with the Westpac bank, name Avonhead Tennis Club and number 03-0855-0400210-00, putting name in reference fields.
For adult memberships, the fees shown below are for the remainder of the season from May until the end of August.
If you are an existing member and have already registered on ClubSpark, then login.
If you have not registered or if you are joining the club for the first time, then you will be asked to register and create a login account after selecting a membership category.
A birth date will be required but a correct one is only needed for age-limited memberships, such as Juniors and Young Adult. Seniors who do not wish to provide a birth date could enter, for example, 1/1/1980.
If you are a parent wishing to enrol a child, then please be sure to create a login account in YOUR name. After that you will be able to provide the child's details.
Please note: A Membership application may be confirmed by the ClubSpark computer system but the application may still be considered by the Club Committee.

Junior Interclub 25/26

Participation in weekly interclub matches in summer.
During summer interclub season, specialist weekly coaching sessions for each team, usually only 4 to 5 in each team. Fee includes the interclub competition fee.
Gate code for court access.
Eligibility: 8-18 years old
Junior Teen Social 25/26

Social tennis for juniors. Weekly group coaching of an hour in summer. For players who want to try tennis or improve skills but don't want to join an interclub team.

Eligibility: 13 to 18 years old
Midweek Senior 25/26

A discounted Monday to Friday Senior membership including weekday organised play and weekday interclub. Members wishing to play for a weekend interclub team must pay a full Senior membership. Gate code for court access.
Off Peak Casual 25/26
01/09/2025- 31/08/2026
Play outside of organised play with members or other paying casuals. Gate code for court access.
Parent Plus 25/26

For a Parent who wishes to have practise sessions with their children, outside of organised play. The children must be club members. Gate code for court access.
Senior 25/26

Full senior membership including organised play and interclub (additional team fee for weekend interclub). Gate code for court access.
Young Adult Senior 25/26
