Notes from the coach
A course specifically for interclub players who are already confident in holding a rally, serving and scoring and competing and have a match hub ranking between 250-500 points.
The term 2 focus is mostly on improving the quality of the forehand and backhand swing to be more efficient, powerful, more topspin and control.
The term 3 focus is mostly on improving the serve quality to prepare for the term 4 interclub.
The term 4 and 1 focus is on performance and finding how to control the ball and win!
