Fast paced drills to get the blood pumping and hitting lots of balls. Basic format: 10 minutes of warm up drills, 50 minutes of mostly doubles themed games. No (or only very limited) technical coaching, focused on tactics and putting yourself into different situations. Limit of 6 per session, pre-booking is essential!
Note, this session is suitable for players in the 10am and 11am lessons who did not get a place in their normal group. If you are already playing in one of the other groups and want to do two sessions in one day, please book 2 days or less in advane to allow other players a chance to join drills.
