This summer we are excited to be able to offer junior coaching with Red Clay at Carterton Tennis Club.
Rudo Erasmus will head up the coaching - Rudo has been a hugely popular coach since arriving in Wairarapa in 2022, working throughout the region with both junior and senior players.
Junior Development Coaching runs Monday Afternoons in Term 4
The lessons are designed to teach students the fundamentals with the goal of getting all players able to play a match as soon as possible. Lessons cover technical basics of all strokes and introduction to strategy.
The first afternoon of coaching will be in week two (Monday 16 October) and will run until we have completed seven lessons. If students miss sessions for any reason they may be able to catch up by joining another group but this is not guaranteed and is subject to available space.
Places will be allocated on a first-in basis. Invoices will be issued once applications are received and placements will only be secured once payment is received.
