Adult Advanced sessions will be run alongside the older Junior Squad training with some combined drilling or point play possible. With that in mind players should be physically capable of moving around the court in a competitive situation and graded S9 or above. Targeting sound players, or returning players wanting to improve their game and train with intensity.
