Notes from the coach

Twenty minutes of functional strength and stability circuit, helping you to condition your body to enjoy your tennis, followed by forty minutes of Cardio Tennis. Register on a session by session basis. Minimum of three to run a session. Tennis level or ability is not a requirement.
