CLUB NEWS ON 27TH JULY 2025

COURT CLEANING

Courts 11/12/13 were cleaned on Saturday 26th July using our recently purchased specialist power washer (with thanks to Vets’ Club for their significant financial contribution).

The task was completed in one day with the help of the following volunteers

• Cameron Harris

Heartfelt thanks to this group and combining with our ‘Caretaker’ Chris Lloyd the process provided a template for future cleaning.  We will now set up a schedule for the site.  (Also thanks to those who had volunteered for Sunday as it was originally seen as a two day task.)

PRESIDENT’S GRADE COMPETTION

Likely to be renamed as ‘Marlborough Inter Club Championship’ this popular summer competition is organised by the Marlborough Tennis Association.

The Club is looking to increase the number of MTC teams for 2025/26.  If you are putting together a team or are looking for a place in a team, please contact either Taylor Keen (021 216 0674) or Stephen Dempster (021 371 870) who are leading for the Club.
