With contact sports largely cancelled or on hold for the time being, tennis players of all ages might be looking for a way to burn off some steam and have some fun on Saturdays. Our Winter Tennis League at TKHP is a great opportunity for you to play matches and tune up your game. We have leagues for ALL AGE GROUPS AND LEVELS. Matches won’t count towards configure rankings. There are some small prizes to be won weekly, and on the final game day. 

LEVELS:

HOT SHOTS RED AND ORANGE      Recommended for players that have been coached at these levels, plus players who have had coaching at GREEN BALL level but are not confident serving or rallying at full-court yet. 

FORMAT: 1 doubles game and 3 short singles games. Timed matches with simple scoring format. 

HOT SHOTS GREEN     Recommended for players that have had coaching and matchplay experience on the full-court with “Green” balls. Even players with interclub experience should choose this level if ranked *S12 or below, or struggle to serve and rally consistently with a full compression “yellow” ball. 

FORMAT: 2 Singles games (one set) and one doubles game. 

JUNIOR 15U     For junior players 15 years and younger, with interclub experience and approximately *S11 ranking or better. 

FORMAT: Singles round robin, 3 sets to 6 games.

ADULTS and 15+       For adult players or for advanced juniors 15 years and older (*approx S7 ranking or better). 

FORMAT: Singles round robin, 3 sets to 6 games.

DATES:

Game days are Saturdays, running for 6 weeks on the following dates: 

23/5, 30/5, 6/6, 13/6, 20/6, 27/6. (4th of July back up day if any other day is rained off).

TIMES:

930-1030 AM: HOT SHOTS RED AND ORANGE. 

1030-1130 AM: HOT SHOTS GREEN.  

1130-100 PM  JUNIOR 15U.

100PM - 230PM: ADULTS AND 15+ 

(230-400PM time slot could be added in this category if registration numbers demand)

ENTRY FEES: 

Full League

Register for all 6 matchdays. 

$45 for TKHP members. Non-members $75.00

Flexi Option

Not required to commit to the full league.

$10 per player each match day for TKHP members. $15 for non-members.
