Format of the day – subject to demand:

1.00 – 1.30           Introduction  & register for social play

1.30 – 2.30           FREE coaching for Juniors

2.30 – 3.30           FREE coaching for adults

1.30 – 3.30           Organised games for Juniors & Adults  - join in for as long as it suits you.  All levels and age groups will be catered for
