In order to Book a Court Members must Register with the Club database.

All current and new Members are invited to Register.

Log on to the Club website - enter email and password - and click on Book a Court.  

Select a date, court and time to play.   Bookings can be made up to 30 days in advance.

Follow the on screen prompts.  

Choose 'Add Participants'.

Record whether playing partners are Members or Guests.

The charge for Guests and Lights will be calculated and you can pay on line by credit card.

Be sure to cancel your booking if that becomes necessary to free up courts for others (log in and go to My Bookings to cancel).  Refunds can be requested and will be paid automatically if the cancellation is more than 24 hours.  

If less than 24 hours you will need to contact the Office Manager who has the authority to exercise discretion on refunds.
