Notes from the coach
A course specifically for interclub level players who are already confident in holding a rally, serving and scoring.
The term 2 focus is mostly on improving the quality of the forehand swing to be more efficient, powerful, more topspin and control.
The term 3 focus is mostly on improving the serve quality to prepare for the term 4 interclub.
