Greytown Tennis Club

Established in 1905, the Greytown tennis club has been based in Soldiers Memorial Park since the late 1920's.   The park ensures that the courts are well sheltered and provides an ambience second to none - where else can you play tennis with native birds being the primary spectators?   

Access to the courts is shared with the Greytown Camping ground off Kuratawhiti Street.

Greytown Tennis club caters for all players:

 -  Junior members are able to receive FREE coaching for the 2024/25 season.  This is run by Marco de Groot on Wednesday afternoons starting on 16th October 2024 (term 4).

-  Tuesday evenings is focussed on a community tennis competion and continues to be very popular.

-  Midweek tennis is on Monday's and Thursday's and provides a great social environment for members to get together and have a hit all year round (with differing winter and summer hours).
