Welcome to Manukau Tennis, Sports and Community Centre

Tennis Auckland has been informed by Auckland Council of a planned protest event to be held at the Manukau Sports Bowl starting at 11am on Saturday, 15 January 2022.

The event organisers (The Freedom and Rights Coalition) have promoted the event as “day out” and are expecting a sizeable crowd.

Auckland Council is communicating with all stakeholders including the NZ Police. As a precaution and to maintain public safety, gates to the site will be locked to restrict vehicle access.

For the same reasons, the covered and outdoor tennis courts will not be bookable and will be closed for Saturday, 15 January 2022
