COURT CLEANING

The Club 'Caretaker' Chris Lloyd has completed another great clean - this time courts 14/15/16.  The extent of the dirt is only apparent when courts are washed and the residue gathered in several full size rubbish bins!  Well done Chris.

MTA COURT SUPERVISORS

The MTA are looking for more helpers to become qualified as court supervisors to help out in Junior tournaments where MTA have to provide supervisors (required for their sanctioned Junior Summer and Winter Open). It is preferable that they are adults. The course is not onerous, it ensures they know the rules of the game and explains their responsibilities in this role. They can do this online from home on their computer/device. 

 Training is provided (two web based sessions, each of two hours), and the MTA will pay the $50 fee charged by Tennis New Zealand.  Use the following link for more information and registration.  You just need to commit to assist at two compeitions.  It will be run online by Christine McKnight on the evenings of the 21st and 22nd of May 6-8pm.

Once you have registered please let MTA know and they will remit the $50 to Tennis NZ in their name.  Register via link below.

LIGHTS PROJECT FOR COURTS 6 AND 7
