Eligibility: Due to fixed affiliation fees we cannot set a one off membership fee for families. Couples are $285 - U12$60 per child - 13 & Over's $70 per child. Please calculate your fees & register on the Spark site & pay into MTC's bank a/c 03-0687-0315585-00
