I hereby apply to be enrolled as a member of the Mt Pleasant Tennis Club Inc and agree to be bound by the rules and by-laws of the club. The applicant will become a member on receipt of his/her contact details plus receipt by the Treasurer of the annual fee. I am aware that my membership will continue until I send my resignation in writing no later than the AGM of each year and that I am liable for all subscriptions which fall due prior to that date of such resignation.

Potential members can play up to 2 Saturday afternoons at no cost prior to applying for Senior Membership.
