Thursday Nights with Lead Coach Henry Tripp:
🎧 Cardio Tennis – 6:00–7:00pm
Get your heart rate up with a fast-paced, music-fuelled session that’s all about fun, fitness, and a lot of hitting.
🎾 Tennis Xpress – 7:00–8:30pm
Designed for beginners and returning players — learn the essentials, build confidence, and get playing real points in no time.
