Tennis NZ’s annual Love Tennis event sees tennis clubs around New Zealand open their doors and courts for members of their local community to come along and give tennis a go for …FREE!!!
Whether you've never picked up a racquet or you're a seasoned player looking for a new club, Love Tennis Day is a relaxed, welcoming way to see what Orewa Tennis Club is all about. It's a great day out for the whole family — and who knows, you might just fall in love with tennis.
What's On
- 🎾 On-court fun – mini nets, cardio tennis, and a friendly hit for all ages
- 🎨 Colouring Competition – free to enter, five age categories (Preschool, 6 & under, 8 & under, 10 & under, 10 & over), prizes to be won
- 🎯 Guess the Balls – a fun guessing game with a prize for the closest guess
- 🍔 Sausage sizzle – refreshments available
- 🎁 Raffles & spot prizes – awesome prizes up for grabs
- 🎾 Kids' activities – fun, hands-on activities for the younger ones

How to enter:
- Download or pick up a colouring sheet: Colouring Competition
- Colour it in — get as creative as you like!
- Bring your completed sheet along to Love Tennis Day on Sunday 13 September at Orewa Tennis Club
- Colouring in competition available on the day too!
Age categories:
- Preschool
- 6 & under
- 8 & under
- 10 & under
- 10 & over
Winners will be judged and announced after the Love Tennis day, with prizes up for grabs in each category.
