Paroa Tennis Club

Paroa Tennis Club celebrated its 90th Anniversary in 2021 with many former players and committee members in attendance. It
has a strong history with many grandparents, parents and children learning to love tennis at the club. Our current President
Scott Honey has a long family association with Paroa Tennis Club with one of the courts named after his Grandfather. There’s
also a memorial court on which an annual Anzac Day memorial service is held. Paroa Tennis Club has a long-running
tennis competition with Kirwee Tennis Club which includes the traditional ‘gum boot throw’ and a legendary morning tea. Paroa
Tennis Club is a social place to play tennis and everyone pulls together when its working bee time to keep the cutest and
friendliest club on the West Coast looking its best.
