| Scott is the President of our Club. He's also the guy who mows the lawns, is helping run the popular Winter Woollies competition and he's the player at the other end of the court versing you with a quick serve and a smile on his face. Scott's always at our Club days and supporting at events. Scott has always lived in Greymouth and he recalls learning to play tennis at Paroa when he was about 5 years old. His parents Keith and Kate are both former Presidents of our Club and now Life Members. His late grandfather Richard Honey has the hard court named in his honour as one of the earliest members of our 90 year old Club. If he's not supporting or playing or mowing at the courts, you'll find Scott working in the bakery at Countdown. Scott's goal for our Club in the next 12 months is to encourage more people to simply sign up to our friendly Club and give tennis a go. |
