Welcome to Silverdale Tennis Club. Thank you for coming along and utilising our facilities. To ensure everyone benefits from the courts please ensure you abide by the following rules:

1. No food or glass on the courts
2. If you are playing on court 3, please use non-marking soled shoes only.
3. Please take all your rubbish with you.
4. Close the gate when you leave
5. No pets please
6. All users are expected to maintain a high standard of sportsmanship and respect towards

other players and facilities.

1. Profanity, abusive language, and disrespectful behaviour are strictly prohibited.
2. Players are responsible for bringing their own tennis rackets and balls.
3. Users are responsible for their personal safety while on the Court.
4. Report any hazards or damages immediately to the management.
5. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
6. No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
7. In the event of inclement weather, the Court may be closed for safety reasons. Rescheduling

or refunds will be provided in such cases.

1. Only individuals with a valid reservation and payment are allowed on the Court.
2. Spectators must observe the game from designated areas and not interfere with play.
3. Users play at their own risk. The facility is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages

that may occur during play.

1. Users are encouraged to secure personal belongings, and the facility is not responsible forlost or stolen items.

 - These terms may be updated periodically, and users will be notified of any changes.
