Club Nights 

Our Club Nights are held every Friday night over Terms 4 & 1 to engage our Tennis Club community and is a relaxed, social evening for families to connect and unwind together whilst the students practice some tennis. 

🌭 BBQ with sausages, chips, and drinks available for purchase. It’s simple, fun, and a great way to support the club and have dinner!

♣️ Committee Members and the coaches run the Club Nights  with the invaluable help of our members’ families volunteers. These evenings only work because our community pitches in.

✅ Parent volunteers ensure the events run smoothly and each family is asked to volunteer for one Club Night per term, arrive around 5pm to help us get set up.

Volunteer roles include:

• 🍽️ Setting up tables, the BBQ, and mini courts

• 🔥 Cooking on the BBQ

• 🧹 Packing up at the end of the night

• 🚮 Taking rubbish away

• 🫧 Cleaning and returning BBQ tools

👩‍👦 A family-friendly evening We ask that parents attend Club Nights with their children. If you’re unable to be there, please ensure another responsible adult is present for your child.

🌧️ Weather updates If Club Night is cancelled due to weather, we’ll notify all members by 4:30pm via email and post an update on our Facebook page.
