Interclub Playing Options
Interclub played during the following dates:
- Between 3/4 October and 12/13 December 2026
- Between 30/31 January and 20/21 March 2027 (depending on the competition and number of teams).
Junior Interclub
- Beginners Grade - matches start 4pm Thursdays, coaching Wednesday and Friday
- Open Grade – matches start 9am Saturdays, coaching Wednesday and Friday

Senior Playing Options
Contact Johnny ph/text: 027 722 3388 if you wish to play in any of the following senior competitions.
Men's or Women's Divisional details - Sundays from 9am
- Matches start at 9am on Sundays
- Each player gets 1 singles and 1 doubles match
- Each match is 6 games, 2 sets, 10 point tiebreak for a 3rd set
- 4 men / 4 women per team respectively (on match days)
- Generally played at clubs/venues in Christchurch (e.g. Bishopdale, Burnside, Shirley, Waimairi, Wilding Park, Nga Puna Wai, etc.) and some home games.
Mixed Divisional details - Saturdays from 1pm
- Matches start at 1pm on Saturdays
- Each player gets 1 doubles and 2 mixed doubles matches
- Each match is up to 9 games, 7 point tiebreak at 8-8
- 2 men and 2 women per team (on match days)
- Generally played at clubs/venues in Christchurch (e.g. Bishopdale, Burnside, Shirley, Waimairi, Wilding Park, Nga Puna Wai, etc.) and some home games.
Presidents Grade details - Saturdays from 1pm
- Matches start at 1pm on Saturdays
- Players must be 30+ years old
- Each player gets 2 doubles and 1 mixed doubles match
- 3 men and 3 women per team (on match days)
- Generally played at North Canterbury-based tennis clubs, home games available.
Thursday night doubles details - from 6.30pm
- Each player gets 1 doubles and 2 mixed doubles matches
- Timed matches from 6.30-8pm on Thursdays
- 2 men and 2 women per team (on match days)
- Generally played at either Kaiapoi or Coldstream Tennis Clubs
Notes:
- Interclub will be played over both Labour weekend and Waitangi weekend.
- Club championships will be held over Show weekend.
