Our Club season officially commences week of 29th September 2025 (Gate locks changing).
- Seniors - Tuesday 30th & Thursday 2nd October
- Juniors - Monday 6 October 3.30pm then Saturday 11 October at 9.00am
- Youth - Thursday 9 October 3.30pm then Saturday 11 October at 10.30
- Ladies morning (never stops) - Wednesday & Thursday mornings at 9.00am

Join us at Mairtown Tennis Club, located at 100 Brighton Road OR alternative gate 111 Hatea Drive in Whangārei, one of the most active and social tennis clubs in Northland. We welcome players of all ages and abilities.
We provide tennis at all levels: Including Mens and Ladies interclub, social club days, beginner sessions, Junior and Youth coaching, ladies mornings & a need to revive the Veterans!!
Tucked away in the heart of Kensington, we have 5 x astrograss tennis courts, lots of parking, friendly welcoming members as well as great courtside viewing from the club house.
We welcome new players to come along to any of the weekly playing times.
Please introduce yourself, we look forward to meeting you on the courts. We are a friendly welcoming club of enthusiastic members who enjoy every part of tennis, from the competitive to the social.
We are affiliated to Tennis Northland and Tennis New Zealand.

- Ladies - EVERY Wednesday & Thursday mornings 9.00am (Pending weather of course)
- Sunday 5th April 2026: MTC New Constitution registered by this date
- April 2027: National Masters Teams Event held in Northland

Fee Structure for the 2025-2026 Season now confirmed at the Annual Meeting on Friday 29 August 2025. A minor increase of $5.00 per membership to meet the demands of increasing costs.
