Come and meet us on Sunday 7 September from 10am to 2pm for a free day of tennis fun. Whether you’re new to the game or a regular player, you’ll find a warm welcome and quality coaching for all ages and abilities.

Join us at Mairtown Tennis Club, located at 100 Brighton Road in Whangārei, one of the most active and social tennis clubs in Northland. We welcome players of all ages and abilities.
We provide tennis at all levels: Including Mens and Ladies interclub, social club days, beginner sessions, Junior and Youth coaching, ladies mornings and veterans tennis.
Tucked away in the heart of Kensington, we have 5 x astrograss tennis courts, lots of parking, friendly welcoming members as well as great courtside viewing from the club house.
We welcome new players to come along to any of the weekly playing times.
Please introduce yourself, we look forward to meeting you on the courts. We are a friendly welcoming club of enthusiastic members who enjoy every part of tennis, from the competitive to the social.
We are affiliated to Tennis Northland and Tennis New Zealand.

- Saturday 30th August 2025: Club Working Bee
- Sunday 7th September 2025: LOVE Tennis (Official Opening of Season)
- Sunday 5th April 2026: MTC New Constitution registered by this date
- April 2027: National Masters Teams Event held in Northland
