Membership Form 2024/2025 Season

STANDARD FEES (1 November 2024 to 31 March 2025)

Adult Individual: $200.00 (+$20 key [Optional])

Family: $330.00 (nuclear family of 2 adults and up to 2 children under 18 years old) (+$20 key per adult [Optional])

Junior: $180.00 (including junior group coaching fees) (No key)

Junior Group Coaching per Junior in Family Membership: $80.00 per child  

*You must provide date of birth if you are registering your child as a junior member or for junior group coaching.

Playing on the courts is at your own risk, and Mangawhai Tennis Club Inc cannot be held responsible for any injuries or losses incurred on the courts. Be sensible. 

PLEASE NOTE: YOUR KEY WILL BE DEACTIVATED IF YOU DON'T RENEW YOUR MEMBERSHIP BY 1 NOVEMBER, 2024. IF YOU ARE MISSING YOUR KEY, THERE IS A REPLACEMENT COST OF $20. 

IF YOU ARE A NEW MEMBER REQUIRING A KEY, YOU WILL NEED TO PAY $20 FOR YOUR FIRST ELECTRONIC KEY OR FOR AN ADDITIONALYKEY FOR FAMILY MEMBERSHIP (UP TO 2, NONE FOR JUNIOR MEMBERS). NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN UPON RETURN OF YOUR KEY. 

IF YOU HAVE PAID FOR A KEY, OR IF YOU ARE A RETURNING MEMBER WHO HAVE GOT AN OLD METAL CLUB KEY, PLEASE EMAIL MANGAWHAI TENNIS CLUB TREASURER KATSUE TODDUN (treasurermangtennis@gmail.com). SHE WILL GIVE YOU INSTRUCTION FOR GETTING AN ELECTRONIC KEY. 

PAYMENT DETAILS: Pay online directly after registration by Direct Debit, Visa, or MasterCard.

Our treasurer, Katsue Toddun, will be extremely busy in October and November when most people renew their membership. Please do not call her in these months. You can email her at treasurermangtennis@gmail.com if your questions are related to registration and payment. 

Please be considerate, our committee members are all volunteers with fulltime jobs, and with around 250 members we may be inundated with questions. Please allow five working days for a response.
