Administrators

​The following instructions are for the master override and for Administrators ONLY.

This is completely separate from the online clubspark system.

 

Entry to the main club door and court gate

  1. The key fob you have been issued will work on the main door and court entry gate
  2. The 6 digit PINnumber you have been issued will also work on the main door and court entry gate.
  3. If using the PIN, enter the number followed by pressing enter 
  4. You can use either your PIN or the key fob on these doors. Either way works.

Entry to the Upstairs Lounge

  1. The upstairs door currently needs both the key and fob together to enter and disarm the door.
  2. Swipe your key fob then enter your 6 digit PIN then press enter.
  3. The key pad will beep, disarming the alarm and the door will unlock (you may now enter the lounge).
  4. The door will not stay unlocked and will remain magnetised (you may like to latch the door back if you are going to be at the club for some time)

Exiting the Upstairs Lounge

  1. Make sure the door is closed behind you and you have all your belongings
  2. Swipe your key fob three times.
  3. The key pad will start to beep for approximately 15 seconds. The alarm is now set and you may exit the clubrooms.
