Senior Interclub
It's time to start planning our teams for the upcoming Summer Senior Interclub season, and we'd love to have you join us!
| Whether you're a seasoned interclub player or thinking about giving it a go for the first time, we encourage you to sign up. We have teams across a range of grades and playing levels, so we're able to place players into teams that best match their skills, experience and strengths. Interclub is a fantastic way to play more tennis, improve your game, enjoy some friendly competition and get to know more members from our club. Please register by Sunday 23 August at the latest. If you're able to register earlier, it really helps us with team planning and would be greatly appreciated. If you'd prefer to be a reserve, simply indicate this on the registration form, along with any other requests or preferences you may have. Three doubles matches: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles. -
This is an excellent option if you enjoy doubles and would prefer not to play singles. Team Selection Teams will generally be selected in WTN points order, unless you've requested otherwise. We'll always do our best to accommodate individual requests where possible while ensuring balanced teams. The season draw is completed before the competition begins, so you'll enjoy a mix of home and away matches against clubs throughout the region. Match times vary depending on the grade: The competition runs throughout October, November, February and March. Juniors
Junior interclub is an excellent way for young players to develop their tennis skills.
The summer season includes pre-Christmas (Oct–Dec) and post-Christmas (Feb–March) competitions, with approximately 14 matches in total. Kapi Mana Mixed Grades are played on Saturdays, while Kapi Mana Novice and Wellington grades are played on Sundays.
Winter Interclub is held in Wellington on Sundays every second week, with about 7 matches.
Parents are required to provide managers and transport for teams.
