SENIORS
Club members have the option of playing in the Club champs as well as social events throughout the year.
CLUB CHAMPS
All Club members are encouraged to take part in the annual Club Champs held between November -April each season. These are in Men's and Ladies Singles, Men's and Ladies Doubles and Mixed Doubles. All entrants must be fully paid up Club members. There are no entry fees and prizes are awarded for Winners at all levels. Juniors are welcome to enter with the approval of the Club Coach .
BUSINESS HOUSE COMPETITIONS
In the Business House tennis tournaments, 18 to 22 teams of four players each are formed from local businesses/ the Tennis Club and compete during 7 to 8 weeks of spirited competition. This competition is open to members and non members. For an entry fee of $160.00, each business provides two doubles pairs to form a team who pit their skills against teams from other businesses in graded competition. This is a very popular tournament and is played on Wednesday nights from 5.30pm til 8.30pm in October to December and again in February to April.

WHAKATANE VETS TOURNAMENT
This is an annual event held over the first weekend in March each year for Tennis Seniors i.e. 30 years and upwards. It attracts the best Men's and Ladies Senior players from around the North Island as well as our own Club Seniors players. Men's and Ladies doubles are played on the Saturday and the Mixed doubles on the Sunday.
Our Vets tournament is always the first weekend in March 😊

EBOP VETS CLUB
If you are 30 years old or over, you can join the EBOP Vets Club for a mere $20.00!
You are then eligible to enter Vets Tournaments and local Vets Rep Interclub matches throughout the country.
This is good tennis, great fun and you will meet and enjoy playing and socialising with many like minded people!
