Operating from Shirley Tennis Club, St Margaret’s College and Wilding Park Tennis Centre, Andrew Falck delivers one of Christchurch’s most comprehensive tennis and fitness programs. An ITF Level 2 qualified coach, Andrew has been recognised as Canterbury Club Coach of the Year (2015), Canterbury High‑Performance Coach of the Year (2016–2019), and Tennis New Zealand High‑Performance Coach of the Year (2019).
Andrew offers coaching for all ages and abilities, including Hotshots, Tennis Xpress, Cardio Tennis and High‑Performance training.
As a Level 5 Health & Fitness Personal Trainer, Andrew also provides strength, conditioning and lifestyle programs for everyone — from tennis players wanting to improve their fitness and movement, to adults and parents looking for weight loss, general fitness or healthier daily habits.

Our Strength & Conditioning program supports players who want to improve their tennis through better fitness, strength, and movement. Sessions focus on building strong fundamentals, improving mobility, and developing healthy habits that support confident performance on court.
As a Level 5 Health & Fitness Personal Trainer, Andrew also offers personalised fitness programs for adults and parents. These can be tailored for weight loss, general fitness, strength training, or healthier daily routines — suitable for beginners through to experienced gym users.
