Sponsorship at Churton Park
There's so much we'd like to do at Churton Park Tennis Club, particularly in community engagement, and we need your help to do it. We are looking for sponsorship from individuals and organisations ranging from cash to equipment and professional expertise. As a small club with growth aspirations we can offer sponsors:
exposure and awareness of your brand at a local, and regional level
advertising options on our club website, court side signs, club newsletters,
and other in club house opportunities exposure through any media coverage of our events exposure to an audience of 150 members & supporters
OUR FOCUS
The club has three areas of focus for the next five years.
Sustainability
Sustainability for us simply means to grow our membership, and retain our community through the generations. We intend to do this by building our profile, engaging more with our community through events and celebrations, and ensure the lights are kept on with a healthy financuial balance.
Planning
Our goal is to plan our events for the year and by doing this, encourage more of the community to volunteer their time to run them.
Development
Encourage wider participation and engagement of all levels to build up our tennis community, improve and maintain our clubhouse, and grounds, and grow competitive tennis with more representative play opportunities.
Some tactics we are considering that require funding help:
- Develop schools and community links
- Develop annual marketing plan
- Consider a plan for diverse income streams
- Run community programmes
- Grow club champs with more engagement and involvement of all levels
- Upgrade security to card access
Sponsorship options for our 2022/2023 Season
Court Naming $1,000 + GST
Your organisation's logo or message on a court of your choosing for everyone to see and appreciate (three available, sign produced at your cost)
Ball Sponsor $500 + GST
We go through a lot of balls! Sponsoring our ball reserves gives you a sign on our ball baskets that come out at group coaching and other special events (10 available, sign(s) produced at your cost)
Events $500 - $1000 + GST
We host many club and inter-club events throughout the year paired with community coaching and open days. There are opportunities to be an event sponsor, donate prizes or goods or even assist in the running of the event Events we run each year are: inter club home games love tennis open day fundraising quiz nights club champs junior and adult coaching competitions
All sponsors receive a thank you sign on our sponsors wall in the club house, a banner ad on our website, and a linked logo on club newsletters.
