Please note:
- Clubroom hirers must pay a refundable bond of $500.
- For Saturday hires, generally the earliest the Hirer is permitted to access the clubroom for setup is 6:30pm.
- Hirers are allowed to bring their own alcoholic drinks for events, as long as they are not selling to guests.
- Hirers looking to operate a cash bar or sell alcohol, may apply for a special licence which allows for ‘the sale of alcohol at a private function in a public venue’. The application must be filed through Auckland Council here at least 20 working days before the event.
- The Bar must be operated in line with our Club Bar Policy.
