We’re excited to announce that the Maungaraki Tennis Club Parent–Child Competition (or Whanau Friendly) is set for:

 Sunday, 1st March 2026
 Starting at 9:30 AM

This is one of our most enjoyable and heart‑warming events of the year—where parents and children get to team up, play together, cheer together, and create fantastic memories on the court. The fun, laughter, and teamwork always make it a true club favourite.

We’ll be running three categories this year:
 Primary School
 Intermediate School
 Secondary School

This will be a fun, social tournament, with matches played up to 21 points. Whether you’re competitive or just looking for a great family day out, this event is perfect for all skill levels.

We’ll also have:
 Prizes for the Best Dressed Team
 Other fun activities throughout the day
