Cyperus Tennis + Fitness (CTF) will be delivering the coaching service at MTC from January 2025. Junior Coaching on Sundays will continue as part of the Junior membership fees. Additional services will be offered initially on Mondays Wednesdays and Sundays.
We have listed the following programs that can be booked online through the CTF website. Use the venue filter to find the appropriate courses. If you can't find a suitable session, please get in touch, we may be able to fit in additional options.
Mondays;
3.15pm Hotshots Red - large felt balls, mini nets, suitable for 5 & 6 year olds
3.15pm Hotshots Orange - 50% compression balls, three quarter court, suitable for 7 to 9 year olds
4.00pm Hotshots Green - 75% compression balls, full court, suitable for 9 to 13 year olds
4.30pm Teenagers - yellow balls, full court, 13 years and over, beginners / improvers / intermediate
Wednesdays;
3.30pm Hotshots Red - large felt balls, mini nets, suitable for 5 & 6 year olds
4.15pm Hotshots Orange - 50% compression balls, three quarter court, suitable for 7 to 9 year olds
5.00pm Hotshots Green - 75% compression balls, full court, suitable for 9 to 13 year olds
6.00pm Interclub Training - yellow balls, competing players, improvers / intermediate / advanced

We will also offer Adult coaching with a group session for beginners to intermediate level, and special clinics to focus on specific topics. Any interest in team coaching or private sessions please get in touch.
