Coaching since 2005 has been led by Head Coach Shelley Bryce (nee Stephens).  
A professional tennis player for 10 years, Shelley was NZ's Number 1 for five years, with career high international rankings of 246 in singles and 132 in doubles.

Shelley is Tennis Northern's Coach of the Year 2019 and was shortlisted again in 2020.
