HOT SHOTS - GREEN BALL PRE-INTERCLUB (10-11 YEARS OLD - 60 MINUTES - FULL COURT)

Players transition to the full court using green balls (75% speed of standard balls), allowing for faster rallies while maintaining strong technical foundations. Sessions focus on expanding shot variety, including drop hots, slices, and different serve variations, while developing court positioning, footwork, and tactical awareness. This stage prepares players for match play and upcoming Interclub competition.
