MINI SHOTS - BLUE STAGE (AGES 3–5 YEARS OLD)
Our Mini Shots Blue Stage introduces children to tennis through fun games and activities designed to develop balance, coordination, and basic ball skills. Sessions are playful and engaging, giving young players the perfect first step into the sport in a positive and supportive environment.

HOT SHOTS - RED STAGE (5-8 YEARS OLD - 60 MINUTES - 1/2 COURT)
In the Red Stage, children play with larger, low-pressure balls on a modified court size, allowing them to develop their tennis skills more effectively. The emphasis is on learning in a fun and engaging way, so children gain the skills and confidence they need to continue enjoying tennis in the future.

HOT SHOTS - ORANGE STAGE (8-10 YEARS OLD - 60 MINUTES - 1/2 COURT)
In the Orange Stage, players train on smaller courts and with medium-pressure tennis balls that bounce lower and move slower allowing more time to develop correct technique and begin building tactical skills through fun game-based activities. Sessions focus on a wide range of shots, including forehands, backhands, serves, returns, volleys, smashes, and touch play - preparing players step-by-step for match play.

HOT SHOTS - GREEN BALL PRE-INTERCLUB (10-11 YEARS OLD - 60 MINUTES - FULL COURT)
Players transition to the full court using green balls (75% speed of standard balls), allowing for faster rallies while maintaining strong technical foundations. Sessions focus on expanding shot variety, including drop shots, slices, and different serve variations, while developing court positioning, footwork, and tactical awareness. This stage prepares players for match play and upcoming Interclub competition.

DEVELOPMENT SQUAD - YELLOW STAGE (12+ YEARS OLD - 60 MINUTES - FULL COURT)

Development Squad is the next step up from the beginner level of the Junior Tennis School, using the standard yellow tennis ball. This programme is designed for intermediate to advanced junior players who are ready to further develop their technical, tactical, and competitive skills.
Players are exposed to a full range of technical and tactical options, while being encouraged to develop their own playing style and game plan. Training sessions are closely linked to match-play situations, creating an environement where players are challenged to problem-solve, compete, and push the limits of their abilities.
This programme is ideal for committed players aiming to perform at their best in Interclub competitions, with opportunities to progress towards regional and national tournaments.

PERFORMANCE SQUAD (12 + YEARS OLD - 60 - 90 MINUTES)
The Performance Squad is for advanced junior players competing in Junior Caro Bowl and Junior Interclub competitions. Players work on advanced technical consistency, tactical decision-making, mental resilience, and physical preparation, with a strong emphasis on applying skills under pressure.
Sessions include point construction, match strategy, serve and return patterns, doubles tactics, and competition-specific preparation. Players are expected to show a high level of commitment, discipline, and work ethic, both in training and competition.
Selection into the Performance Squad is based on playing level, competitive results, attitude, and coach recommendations.
