FAQ 1 & 10: How do I find out about any cancellation & 10. What about U.S.A. College tennis schools?

1.  How do I find out about any cancellation?

COACHING/CLUB DAY CANCELLATIONS - if a coaching session or a club day is cancelled due to any reason (e.g. wet weather), see our Facebook page or "Whats on" home page:
Sometimes a group text will be sent to cancel a coaching session however, please check website and Facebook page as a backup.
A decision to cancel a particular event will be made 1hr-45 min prior to its start.
One particular coaching session being cancelled doesn't necessarily mean that all sessions will be cancelled that day.
INTERCLUB CANCELLATIONS - this is managed by your team captain and communication will come from them.
For Friday Junior Interclub, cancellations will be made 1hr-45min prior to its set start time.
For Saturday Interclub, there are specific interclub rules (e.g. for A grade interclub no match is to be cancelled until 2 hours after the set start time)
