Membership
Join the club and join in the fun!
Being a member links you to the club, the local tennis scene and the wider community. You get preferential access to coaching, the ability to play competitive interclub tennis and can participate in club competitions. Importantly, you support a Pukerua Bay community facility that's been around for over 70 years and hopes to be around for a lot longer.
We offer a range of membership packages for individuals, couples and families and remain one of the most affordable tennis clubs to join in the Wellington and Kāpiti region.
The membership year runs from 1 September to 31 August the following year. New members, who join part way through the year, receive a pro-rata discount (excluding a fixed Tennis New Zealand affiliation fee).
Interclub players will be invoiced separately for their contribution to the competition cost. There is an entry fee per interclub team that covers the Tennis Capital-Coast registration and match balls. We divide that fee by the number of players in the team, how many matches people play and whether they are a reserve or regular player. All quite complicated, but we do our best to make it fair.
