The Rapaura Tennis Club is committed to providing a safe, positive and inclusive environment for all players, families, coaches and volunteers.  As required under the Tennis New Zealand Participation Protection Regulation (TPPR), the club has adopted safeguarding measures to promote the wellbeing of children, young people and vulnerable members across all club activities.

To support this commitment, the club has appointed a Safeguarding Lead responsible for overseeing safeguarding practices, managing concerns, and ensuring compliance with Tennis NZ guidelines.  In addition, a Complaints Manager has been appointed to provide a clear, fair and confidential process for handling complaints and disputes.
