Welcome to Rotokare Tennis Club
Introduction
Established in 1992, Rotokare Tennis Club traces its roots back to the Kawaroa Park Tennis Club, which had its inception over 70 years ago. For the last three years, the club has proudly clinched the esteemed title of Taranaki Club of The Year. Our club is known for its vibrant and welcoming environment, open to visitors throughout the year.
At Rotokare Tennis Club, we pride ourselves on our unique character and friendly atmosphere. Tennis enthusiasts of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players, find a place to thrive here.
We work hard to maintain good facilities and our courts include six Astro Turf courts with lights for evening matches. Notably, we have the only PlexiCushion hardcourt surface in Taranaki, providing a fantastic training ground for players aspiring to compete at higher levels.
The club caters to the needs of its members with well-equipped amenities, including a kitchen and shower facilities. Throughout the entire year, our club remains active, fostering a lively tennis community.
We extend a warm invitation to non-members, including players from other clubs, to join us anytime and participate in our club days and discover the camaraderie and enjoyment that define our tennis family.

To book a court for casual use (or as a member), then go to the Book a Court page.
If you are a member then it costs nothing to book a court. There is a small charge for casual users.
It is as easy as 1-2-3 to book a court so come and give tennis a go. Just go to the Book a Court page, register and book your court.

Select your preferred available time and book. You can pay online with most major credit cards. Register online the first time you book.
3. Confirmation
We'll send you confirmation of your booking. You'll receive a pin number to access the venue. It's easy!
