SBTC is an affiliated club to both Canterbury Tennis and Tennis New Zealand.

SBTC is in a fortunate position to have two ITF  (International Tennis Federation) accredited coaches delivering Tennis New Zealand's national programmes, which includes New Zealand's National starter program for juniors, Tennis Hotshots.
