Newsletter September 2021

Hi TKHP tennis players

Great news - we can play tennis and get coaching in Alert Level 2.
Please be aware of all the guidelines that you are required to follow in level 2:
- Contact tracing is mandatory – you will see the QR codes at the entrance to the club and on the pavilion.
- Use the hand sanitizer in front of the pavilion when you arrive and again before you leave.
- Maintain 2 metre distance from anyone outside of your bubble.
- Wear a face mask if you are on the premises but not on the court playing. We do ask in addition that you only come to play. If you are picking up or dropping off children for coaching, please only enter the club if you need to at the beginning or end of a lesson.
- the pavilion will only be open to access the toilets and for coaches to access equipment. No waiting or socializing in the pavilion please.

Thanks for your understanding and cooperation, so that we can continue to keep our tennis club open!
