• The Nelson event also has an adult grade . The club trip will generally not provide supervision or meals for adults within the club group but those players are welcome to attend with their own arrangements.  There may be room in the vans & beds for adults to travel with the Club.

Limited to 20 player seats in two minivans
50/50 gender mix will be encouraged

All players will be expected to comply with behaviours required so as to ensure the enjoyment of other players and the group supervisors. Players and parents will be expected to attend a pre trip meeting to discuss details and expectations and sign-off on a code of conduct.
