Hello members

It sounds like the recent windy and rainy Spring weather has made playing tennis a bit challenging.   For those occasions, when you wish to take your game inside, as a TKHP Tennis Club Member you are entitled to discounted indoor bookings at Wilding Park ("Pay2Play").

Fingers and toes crossed, the club hopes that this coming Saturday, will be fine for Lawn Tennis on Row 5.  For our new members; the Club open the lawn courts between October and April.  Please make use of them, it is such a treat to play on them.  Grass is a fun surface - where your great shorts will be made to look even greater! Great serves will turn in to aces; powerful shots will be tougher to get back turning in to winners!  

A big thank you to our new groundsman John and volunteer club members Bryce, Alex and Trevor for putting in the time and effort to get these marked and open.

Senior Members

For any new members who wish to have access to the Club House security lock, this is available for a fee of $10 per year: 
1.  Download the app - JustINmobbile (picture below)
2.  In the App = register your phone number with +64 at the beginning
3.  Email members@tkhptennis.nz that you have done this and your phone will then be activated
4.  At the Club, open the app - push the key and hold your phone over the scanner for a second or two

Please ensure the door is locked when you leave.  The door locks automatically on closure.

Please use the provided sunscreen in the Clubhouse entranceway Do you have old tennis balls lying around the garage/house/car?   We are collecting all old balls for redistribution.  Please leave them in the  large box in the men's changing room.  Thank you! Valid for all TKHP Tennis members
