Clubhouse Hire

Our club's premises are available for hire. The price includes two large areas that the hirer can use for a range of events:

- Upstairs: Bar/kitchen area for food preparation and serving, dance floor and balcony.
- Downstairs: Lino floor with play area for children, fully equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, microwave and pie warmer.

$300 for evening functions (plus $500 bond, returned after successful inspection the next day). The clubhouse will be accessible to you for a 12-hour window from 1pm on the day of hire until 1am (and again for cleaning the following day), but please be aware that coaching and interclub competition matches are often scheduled on Saturdays. On these days, players will require shared use of the downstairs area until 5pm.  The Hirer is required to provide door security if the event is for 18th or 21st birthday celebrations or for an event with attendees largely being in these age groups.  For health and safety regulations events are limited to a maximum number of 99 people.

Note that the tennis courts are excluded from this package. The courts can be hired separately, on the Court Bookings page. To hire exclusive access to the courts for a period, contact our booking administrator to arrange a special booking.

Auckland Council Bar License required if selling alcohol - contact Auckland council and allow 4 weeks for council processing.
