After lasting nearly two decades through sizzling sunshine, severe storms, and sensational shots, the time has come that our courts need a vital resurface.

When will the courts become available again?
Mother Nature will determine that! We anticipate these works will take 2-4 weeks to complete, we will update members with an official reopening date here nearer the time.

Why now during the Summer holidays?
We need warm sunny weather for these works to occur, the long frosty nights of Winter just won't cut it.
To avoid the Interclub competition and have the least disruption for general play, the quietest period over Christmas is the best time for our courts to undergo resurfacing.

Does this resurfacing affect Junior coaching?
Weekly Junior coaching will resume at the beginning of Term 1, so no disruption is expected to the coaching lessons. Parents will be able to book a court for their children again during the second part of the school holidays once reopen.

Will the clubhouse still be open?
All of our facilities including the clubhouse will be unavailable for members throughout the closure. Please keep to the footpath of Vennell St for the safety of everyone due to the specialist equipment involved.

I still want my tennis fix, what is the alternative?
The Renouf Centre is offering half-price court bookings during these Summer holidays.
