Group Coaching - Wet Weather
Our all-weather astro-turf courts are pretty good at handling Auckland weather but occasionally we do need to cancel. Juniors may come on a different day in the programme, contact your coach to arrange this. 

Private Coaching - Wet Weather
We'll communicate with you directly if we have to postpone your private lesson. Together we'll aim to book a make-up session, this may be with another team member. If a day or time cannot be agreed upon, your sessions will continue the following week and you will not be charged for the missed lesson. 

Private coaching - No Shows / Cancellations

No shows or cancellations within a 24 hour period of your lesson will be charged at the agreed lesson rate. 

In the rare instance the coach has to cancel within a 12 hour period, they will;

• Offer a make-up session within 3 days.
• Ask another member of the coaching team to facilitate the lesson.
• Ask another member of the coaching team to faciliate the lesson within 3 days.

Group coaching - Missed Sessions 

To make up a lesson, you may come to another group lesson on another day.
If there are opportunities provided by the coaching team for players to make up any missed sessions, refunds are not applicable.
