Group Coaching - Wet Weather
We will communicate on our Facebook & Instagram platforms at least 45 minutes before session start time if a session is cancelled due to wet weather. 
If you do not see such a post, please assume the session is still on. 

If we do cancel, the kids may come on a different day in the programme. Please get in touch to learn when the best time is to make up for missed sessions.

Private Coaching - Wet Weather
We will communicate with you directly if we have to postpone your private lesson. We hope to do this at least 45 minutes before the lesson start time.
The coaching team will offer a make-up session within 3 days. This may be with another team member. If a day or time cannot be agreed upon, the session will just continue the following week at the pre-arranged day & time.  You will not be charged/deducted pre-paid lessons in this instance. 

Private coaching - No Shows / Cancellations

Any no show or cancellation within a 24 hour period of your lesson will result in being charged at the full private lesson cost.  This is no different to an appointment with your Doctor, Dentist, Physiotherapist... 

In the rare instance the coach has to cancel within a 12 hour period, they will;

• Offer a make-up session within 3 days.
• Ask another member of the coaching team to facilitate the lesson.
• Ask another member of the coaching team to faciliate the lesson within 3 days.

Group coaching - Missed Sessions 

To make up a lesson, you may come to another group lesson on another day.
If there are opportunities provided by the coaching team for players to make up any missed sessions, refunds are not applicable.
