West Harbour Tennis Club has a large modern clubroom facility suitable for functions catering for up to 200 people.

Ideal for 21st / 40th / 50th Birthday Parties, Children's Birthday Parties, Engagement Parties, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events or any other important gathering you may desire.

Facility Features
Seating: 13 tables with seating for 104, 6 couches and 2 bar leaners with stools.

Bar: a well stocked bar with reasonably priced drinks, assortment of drinking glasses and EFTPOS.

Kitchen: oven, hob, mircowave, fridge, pie-warmer, dishwasher and ZIP water heater.

Dance Floor: a large dance floor.

Pool Table: a pool table is available if required otherwise it can be covered for another use.  Please note: that it can not be moved as it is too heavy.

Parking: a large well-it car park.

Cost for Evening Hireage
$600 (includes $207 license fee) for an evening. Includes bar staff and a special "late night" liquor licence to 11.30pm. Minimum Value of Bar Purchases of $1,000 is also required. Cash Bar will require up front payment with refund to host after minimum met. This cost includes cleaning after the event.

Access for Evening Hireage
Entry is available during the afternoon before your function for decorating, table setup etc.

Cost for Daytime Hireage
$400 for a daytime function up to 4 hours excluding liquor license fee if required. Additional hours are $50 per hour.  This cost includes cleaning after the event.

Access for Daytime Hireage
You will not be changed for setting up before and cleaning up after your function.

Booking
Please allow at least 5 weeks notice for bookings to ensure time for liquor license application approval.
