Adult Group Coaching runs during the Daylight Saving season, from 6 October to 30 March.

Group coaching sessions: $15 per person, per session.

Everyone is welcome to attend a trial pop in session  (cash payment on a day)

Personal coaching is available by appointment

Beginners and Intermediate "Skills and Drills" Group coaching from 5:30-7:00 PM on Tuesdays.
