Thanks for booking to play tennis at Whakatane Tennis Club. Please come promptly at your booked time and use your Clubspark 4 digit gate access code that has been emailed to you to access the courts via the keypad system at the front gate. The 4 digit entry code will not work until the booked time is reached e.g. 1pm if booked at 1pm, not 1259pm or earlier. Press Clear before you enter code. Press analogue keys firmly and then the key with an arrow. Repeat if it does not work first time, some patience is sometimes needed.

Please note that the Clubhouse is run by volunteers and will probably be shut, so access to showers and toilets will not be possible if closed. Please cross to your booked playing court at the back by the fence. If persons are playing on a court that you have to cross at the back of, please wait until they have finished playing their current point. 

Club rules to be observed:-

1. Sports shirts and shorts/skirts and Tennis appropriate sports shoes must be worn at all times

2. No smoking within the Club facility (i.e. on any courts, surrounds, decking, in the Clubhouse)

3. No Alcohol is to be brought into and consumed within the Club facility- this is against our Bar License. Alcohol may be bought at the bar if open.

4. Children under 14 must have Adult supervision at all times.
